Our warranty conditions

Unlimited warranty on manufacturing and production defects.
Warranty applies to:
- Breakage due to material or production defect.
- Loose stones due to incorrect setting.
Warranty does not apply to:
- Wear and tear from daily use.
- Damage due to misuse, impact, or dropping.
- Discoloration due to contact with chemicals (such as cleaning agents).

What do we do if there's a defect?

Report the problem via garantie@verdediamonds.nl with photos and order number.
We will assess the defect and offer:
- Free repair for manufacturing defects.
- If repair is not possible: a replacement product or voucher.

Maintenance and advice

To keep your jewel in top condition:

Avoid contact with aggressive substances.
Store jewelry separately to prevent scratches.
Have your jewel periodically checked for setting and wear.
